COCONUT, WATERMELON & strawberry COOLER

SERVES 6

Nothing says summer like the sweet simplicity of juicy watermelon & strawberries, blended & bursting with sunshine flavor. Tart limes & coconut water cut through any candy-sweetness, lightening up this super-hydrating slushie with an exotic twist.

Fight off afternoon energy slumps with this fun, juicy cooler perfect to sip while admiring vibrant sunset-painted skies!

how to make it:

In a blender, whiz together 2 cups chopped Watermelon, 1 cup fresh Strawberries & 1 cup chilled Coconut Water. Squeeze in the juice of 1 fresh Lime and blend until smooth.

To serve, pour some ice cubes into your BEAST Tumbler, or a large jug if you're serving a crowd. Add the watermelon-strawberry purée up to the halfway mark, leaving plenty of space to top it off with seltzer. Finally, fill the remaining half of your tumbler or jug with chilled Lime Sparkling Mineral Water (or try a fizzy Moscato for an adults-only version!)

Top with extra sliced strawberries, lime wedges & a sprig of fresh mint to serve.

MANGO & MINT GREEN TEA PUNCH

SERVES 8

Fragrant, exotic and fresh, this riff on iced tea combines juicy sun-kissed mangos with cooling mint leaves and a kick of antioxidant-rich green tea.

Put a pep in your step with this invigorating punch that hydrates, excites and delights all your senses on hot summer afternoons!

HOW TO MAKE IT:

In a large heatproof jug, steep 10 Green Tea Bags in 8 cups of Hot Water. Set aside to brew for 4 minutes, then remove the tea bags and allow to cool to room temperature. Once tea has cooled, add 5 sprigs of fresh Mint Leaves to the jug and refrigerate until thoroughly chilled, about 2 hours.

Meanwhile, peel and chop 3 ripe Mangos. Whiz the mango chunks in a blender until smooth, adding a few tablespoons of water as you blend if the purée is very thick. Once you've achieved a pouring consistency, chill mango purée in the fridge until ready to assemble.

To serve, fill your BEAST Tumbler or a large serving pitcher with ice cubes to 1/3 full, then divide the mango purée evenly among the cups or pitcher. Remove and discard the infused mint leaves from the jug of tea, then pour the minty iced green tea over the mango purée. Top with extra fresh Mint sprigs to serve.
